SHIPPING
Mèreadesso has selected Canada Post to ship our products within Canada. We offer shipping options based on weight and destination postal code. During checkout, you will have the choice of several shipping options. Shipping times will vary depending on your selected method of shipping, but generally require 7-10 days for regular post. Upon approved payment, your package will be shipped out the next day. We will contact you via email or phone should available stock be delayed.

If you have a tracking number, you can track your package via the Canada Post website at http://www.canadapost.ca/personal

REFUNDS
We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply contact us via email at sales@mereadesso.com or by phone at (416) 824-6853 to arrange a refund.

When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.

Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

In the U.S, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

In Canada, please send your return by insured Canada Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at (416) 824-6853.

The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
